Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead Full-Stack .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, React, microservices architecture, SQL databases, and MongoDB. In addition to hands-on development experience, the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and technical architecture skills to drive the successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Skills/Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions and APIs.
• Define and maintain application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct technical assessments, and mentor development team members.
• Lead design discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
• Manage database design, optimization, and performance tuning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure adherence to security, quality, and performance standards.

Qualification:

• 5–7 years of experience in software development.

Pay: Up to ₹117,000.00 per month
