OpenTalent in Tamil Nadu, India, is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to build Payroll & HRMS software. You will develop, maintain, and enhance modules for payroll processing, attendance, leave management, ESS, and salary structure, with API integration and biometric device support.

You will work with ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs, ensuring security, performance, and data integrity while collaborating with QA, Product, and Support teams. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll/HRMS domain is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, functions and triggers.
• Experience with API integration and REST services.
• Ability to design secure, scalable web applications and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Payroll & HRMS software applications.
• Develop scalable and secure web applications using ASP.NET MVC/ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop modules for Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, Leave Management, ESS, Salary Structure Management.
• Implement statutory compliance features such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Integrate biometric attendance devices and third-party APIs.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely bug fixes.
• Optimize application and database performance.
• Work closely with QA, Product, and Support teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
