Job summary

Stefanini, Inc is seeking a Software Developer to join its Pune team on a contract-to-perm basis. The role focuses on .NET Core web apps with Angular front-end, Azure cloud, and RESTful services, delivering scalable business solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams, implement secure APIs, and ensure high-quality code through testing and documentation. Experience in Agile environments and modern DevOps practices is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology or related field.
• .NET/.NET Core web apps experience (6–9 years).
• 3–4 years front-end with Angular (Mandatory).
• 2–4 years Azure Cloud tech stack (Mandatory).
• Exposure to AI, GitHub Copilot and related tooling.
• Experience with C#, Web API, LINQ and ORM (Entity Framework/Dapper).
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript; MS SQL Server expertise.
• Knowledge of MVC/MVVM patterns and REST/SOAP services.
• Authentication/Authorization with JWT/OAuth 2.0; Azure DevOps & cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IS Applications Team, App Managers and APAC business leaders to build solutions for MS web apps.
• Develop system solutions and perform configurations for business use cases.
• Design for mobile web and responsive layouts.
• Troubleshoot configuration and system issues; provide training and docs.
• Create detailed test cases and conduct functional testing.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the IS Applications Team, App Managers and business leaders in APAC to develop technical solutions and enhancements for Microsoft web applications.
• Develop system solutions and make system configurations to enable a variety of business use cases.
• Familiarity developing mobile web devices and responsive design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and system issues.
• Create detailed test cases and perform detailed functional testing.
• Provide training and document system functionality.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science, Degree preferably obtained in Information Technology or related.
• 6-9 years of experience in developing .NET/.NET Core based web applications
• 3-4 years of experience in front-end technologies like Angular (Mandatory)
• 2-4 years of experience in Azure Cloud technology stack (Mandatory)
• Should have exposure to AI, GitHub Copilot and related tooling
• Experience with most of the following: C#, .NET/.NET Core, Web API, and LINQ
• Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript
• Experience in MS SQL Server, implementation/optimization
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, Microservices, design patterns, and dependency injection and ORM (Entity Framework/Dapper)

• Experience implementing Authentication and Authorization using JWT/OAuth 2.0
• Understanding of MVC/MVVM design patterns
• JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, CSS3, XML is a must

• Knowledge of Azure serverless and apps
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket and GIT
• Experience in an Agile Environment (using Jira, Confluence)
• Experience on Api Rest based implementation
