We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in WPF, XAML, and C# to develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with the MVVM architecture, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for building high‑performance, scalable, and user‑friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications using WPF, XAML, and C#.
• Implement the MVVM design pattern to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Design and optimize UI/UX for improved performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in WPF applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications adhere to established coding standards, architecture, and design principles.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience in WPF development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, XAML, and MVVM.
• Hands‑on experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core for desktop application development.
• Good understanding of data binding, styles, templates, and custom controls in WPF.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience with multi‑threading, async/await, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
