Job summary

Relevance Lab is seeking a hands-on .NET developer to design, build and enhance enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC. You will develop and maintain REST APIs, work with legacy and modern .NET platforms, and support Windows Services and background processes.

The role requires strong JavaScript/jQuery skills, a solid OOP foundation, and experience across debugging, performance optimization and system integration.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with both legacy and modern .NET applications.
• Strong experience in REST API development and integration.
• Experience with Windows Services.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/jQuery.
• Exposure to .NET Core and .NET 8/10 is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate applications with internal/external systems.
• Work on applications built using both legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET platforms.
• Develop and support Windows Services and background processing applications.
• Develop and maintain web application functionality using JavaScript and jQuery.
• Analyze existing applications and implement enhancements, bug fixes and technical improvements.
• Participate in modernization initiatives involving migration from .NET Framework to modern .NET versions.
• Troubleshoot application, API and production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable and reusable code following established coding standards and design principles.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams and other development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment and production support activities.
• Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, scalability, security and reliability.

Technical Skills Must Have

• Strong hands‑on experience in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.0-4.8 and .NET Core 2.2/3.1.
• Hands‑on experience with modern .NET 8 / .NET 10.
• Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC application development.
• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
