JOB PROFILE

Knowledge:

• Proficient in Asp, Dot net, C #, MS technologies.

• Candidates with high level energy, team orientation, experienced in software project management.

• B.E. (Computer Sciences/Electronics) / M-Tech with minimum 4 years of experience in software analysis / design / development / architecture project management.

• Experience in developing project plans for customer reviews using Microsoft Project tool. Also developed detailed development work-breakdown structures for the team.

• Should have an experience in project estimation feasibility.

• Experience in risk management and mitigation plans by taking proactive decisions during the course of the project so as to ensure that the Project milestones are met.

• To be responsible for guidance and mentoring of team leaders/designers/developers for solving their technical personal problems.

Skills:

• Good understanding of Project Management tools like MS Project or Enterprise Architect etc.

• Should have good knowledge of any one of the processes like CMM I, XML.

• Experience in designing the business models using UML.

• Strong skills in RDBMS, specifically in MS SQL Server 2000 or later version.
