The role requires 10+ years of hands-on software experience, deep expertise in Microsoft .NET, cloud platforms, microservices, and secure coding practices. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with at least 3–5 years in an Architect role.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and EF Core.
• Hands-on cloud experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP with cloud-native design.
• Experience with Microservices, DDD, CQRS and event-driven architectures.
• Strong database skills: SQL Server, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Front-end exposure with React/Angular/Vue and full-stack awareness.
• Secure coding practices and security-first design.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and senior management.

This pivotal role focuses on deep technical expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and strong architectural leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, designing robust and scalable solutions, and ensuring the technical integrity of our software products. You will mentor development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive innovation, playing a critical role in shaping our technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural roadmap for .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology trends.
• Design high-level and detailed architectural solutions, including system integration, data flow, and infrastructure requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools within the .NET ecosystem to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure architectural designs adhere to security, performance, reliability, and maintainability standards.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Provide technical leadership, problem-solving expertise, and decision‑making support to resolve complex architectural and technical challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new technical talent.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in an Architect role focused on the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Expert‑level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET (including .NET Core), ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core.
• Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP is a plus), including designing and deploying cloud‑native applications, serverless functions, and microservices.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event‑Driven Architecture, DDD, CQRS) and their practical application.
• Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and data modeling, with practical experience in database design and optimization.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and understanding of full‑stack development principles, with demonstrable experience in building user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of software security principles and secure coding practices, with experience in implementing security measures.
• Proven track record of designing and guiding the implementation of multiple complex software solutions successfully, including active participation in coding and code reviews.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience in a specific industry domain (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, E‑commerce).

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified\: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a significant plus.
