Plum is transforming employee health benefits in India, offering teleconsultation services to patients nationwide. We are seeking qualified doctors who can provide remote consultations on a flexible schedule, with per-consultation pay and prompt payouts.

Join a mission-driven team focused on accessible, digital and human health care. We are looking for MBBS doctors with at least 5 years of clinical experience, registered with MCI/NMC, and strong English or regional language communication skills.

Competenze

• MBBS degree and 5+ years clinical experience.

Mansioni

About the Role

We are looking for qualified and experienced doctors across all medical specialities to join our teleconsultation platform as freelance consultants. This is a fully remote, per-consultation engagement — consult patients across India on your own schedule, from wherever you are.

What Youll Do

• Conduct video consultations with patients across India.

• Diagnose, advise, and prescribe within the scope of your speciality.

Requirements

• MBBS Degree.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

• Valid registration with MCI / NMC or relevant State Medical Council.

• Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with telemedicine or digital health platforms.

• Familiarity with e-prescribing and digital health records.
  Working Hours : Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
