About Position:

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Dharwad

Job Role:

• Lead a team of designers and provide expertise in improving the quality of designs and resolving critical design issues.


• Manage and track the design releases. Communicate and update the design release to the various stakeholders.


• Monitor the implementation of DMLs at the production line.


• Resolve line issues and extend support in order to improve the first Shot Ok.


• Analyse the field failures and extend support to the designers for prevention.


• Analyse and address the IPTV / Warranty / Quality related issues and cost reduction initiatives.


• Improve the skill and competency levels of the designers through various interventions.

Skill Sets:

• Knowledge of Design Softwares


• Hands- on working experience in AutoCAD, Catia, Pro E, Solid Works E3, 3D
