Standard Information
Work from Office, 6 working days in a week. On Field visit to cluster region 3-4 days in a week. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company upon timely submission of bills with necessary approvals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Graduation completed and at least 3 years relevant experience. Relevant Experience: MBA Marketing Freshers OR 2+ in Edtech sales.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute various Sourcing activities in the district/Cluster.
- Developing leads and networking with key stakeholders in the district like the government, education institutions, etc. in the state.
- Exploring collaboration in the district with Government Departments like Education, Employment, Skilling, Welfare etc. for candidate sourcing, assessment.
- Visit and Network with schools and junior/intermediate colleges for sourcing of candidates.
- Should Counsel Principals, candidates, Parents, and other stakeholders and get the candidates for assessments and further onboarding.
- Regular reporting of assessments, Interview scheduling, conduct of versant in the district level.
- Should be good at handling data management.
- Verification and sharing of timely data and reports for the respective district/cluster.
- Ensuring the District/Cluster target for TechBee cohorts are achieved.
- Organize workshops for various stakeholders like principals, District Education Officials, other department officials in the district, parents and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of Cluster/District onboarding targets.
- Co-ordination with banks and partnered financial institutions for candidates loan process at District level.
- Participate in events organized by Government and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all data are captured in the system/monitoring tool that is being used.
- Travelling to various locations to tie up with NGOs/ schools for outreach and creating awareness and conduct of assessments.
- Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.
- Scheduling and conducting assessments for candidates.
- Be in continuous touch with the candidates and their parents from lead generation till training commencement.
