WJCF (CHAI's India entity) seeks district-level operational managers to lead TB Preventive Treatment (TPT) centre implementation across four cities, acting as the primary link between private healthcare facilities, government TB divisions, and project teams in a field-based role.

Responsibilities include establishing up to 10 TPT centres per district, supervising field officers, coordinating third-party service providers, and managing relationships with private facilities and public health

Formación

• Graduate degree in public health, social work, health management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of program-implementation experience with field-staff supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness for ~60% field travel; local-language fluency plus English.
