  • Translate ambiguous business requests into clear field definitions, transformation logic, test cases, acceptance criteria, and operational controls.
Cross-Functional Remediation
  • Partner with technology, architecture, and analytics teams to resolve data issues and improve upstream and downstream data flow.
  • Lead remediation cycles from issue intake through analysis, stakeholder alignment, correction, validation, and closure.
Documentation & Team Development
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, data dictionaries, process maps, control checklists, and reusable troubleshooting guidance.
  • Coach junior analysts on evidence standards, escalation judgment, data-quality checks, and stakeholder communication.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

  • Experience with customer relationship management, distribution, or financial services data is preferred.
Soft Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
