Job summary

NetSkope Software in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior QA and Test Automation leader to shape quality across a multi-billion dollar product line. You will define best practices, build metrics, and drive process improvements with the engineering leadership and distributed teams.

You will review testing processes, implement KPIs, address gaps in test coverage and automation, document processes, and collaborate with product, release management, PMO, and engineers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• 10+ years of management experience, preferably on Director+ level.
• Release management experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience testing distributed systems.
• Willingness to work with a globally distributed team in different time zones (US, EU, India, Taiwan).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Communicate in an open, transparent and consistent manner.
• Experience working with and testing security and networking technologies and products is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in cloud-based technologies such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
• Experience building automation frameworks in Python, Javascript and/or C++ strongly preferred.
• EducationBSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.
