Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon order processing and dispatch operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central dispatch workflows, packaging standards, labelling, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily Amazon orders through Seller Central and ensure timely processing
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and pick lists
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and labelling as per Amazon packaging guidelines
• Ensure correct product dispatch with zero shipment errors
• Maintain dispatch timelines to achieve high On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for product availability
• Update stock‑in and stock‑out details in the system
• Report low stock levels and coordinate for replenishment
• Ensure shipments are handed over on time
• Track dispatched orders and resolve delivery‑related issues
• Maintain daily dispatch reports
• Monitor order status, shipment manifest, and tracking
• Prepare MIS reports for management review

Experience Required

• 1‑3 years of experience in E‑commerce dispatch, preferably Amazon or other marketplaces
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)
• Understanding of e‑commerce dispatch operations
• Basic IT skills: MS Excel, label printing, invoicing
• Strong coordination & communication skills
