Job summary

Elevate Entertainment Group, based in Austin, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will wash and sanitize dishware, assist with maintaining a clean dish area, and support the kitchen during busy periods.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Washes all dishes from the restaurant.
• Washes pots and pans from the kitchen.
• Restock plate ware for the restaurant and kitchen.
• Practice and uphold proper safety and sanitation.
• Mop floors.
• Clean the dishwashing machine, sinks, drains.
• Any other duties assign by a manager.

Job Description

The Dishwasher is responsible for properly washing and sanitizing dishware and keeping the dish area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Washes all dishes from the restaurant
• Washes pots and pans from the kitchen
• Restock plate ware for the restaurant and kitchen
• Practice and uphold proper safety and sanitation
• Mop floors
• Clean the dishwashing machine, sinks, drains
• Any other duties assign by a manager

Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:

• Able to take direction and work together as a team
• Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure
• High safety, sanitation, and food handling standards

Education + Experience + Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
