Role & responsibilities

Maker Responsibilities (Data Entry & Processing):

• Collect, verify, and input customer data, KYC documents, and loan application details into the system.
• Prepare loan files, update records, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct preliminary checks for completeness and correctness of customer information.
• Process disbursement requests, EMI schedules, repayment updates, and customer modifications.
• Coordinate with field teams, sales teams, and credit teams for pending documents or clarifications.
• Maintain records in compliance with NBFC policies and RBI guidelines.

Checker Responsibilities (Verification & Authorization)

• Review and verify all data entered by the Maker for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate KYC documents, income proofs, financial statements, and credit bureau reports.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulatory standards, internal SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Approve or reject files based on verification results.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and ensure corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic audits of loan files and customer accounts.

Provide feedback to the Maker to improve accuracy and process efficiency
