Qualifications

• Experience in sales/consulting for IT solutions.

• ITIL certified or equivalent expertise.
• Strong written/spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile methods, and readiness assessments.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one tech platform (cloud, X86, mainframe).

Required Skillset

• Sales and consulting knowledge
• Experience as a Cloud Architect / Specialist AI Architect / Specialist or similar
• ITIL expertise and certifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or cloud resources and capabilities
• Subject matter expertise in at least one platform (e.g. cloud computing, cloud hyperscaler, X86, mainframe, midrange)

Preferred Skillset

• TOGAF expertise and certifications
• Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies
• Advanced certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise
• Ability to articulate key technologies’ impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc.
• Experience in Agile (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum)
