2070 Health is a healthcare-focused venture studio. We don't just back ideas, we build companies from scratch, inside the studio, across consumer health categories: diagnostics, chronic care, longevity, metabolic health, Pediatrics, and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Generate and stress-test new venture theses in consumer health, using market sizing, consumer psychology, and competitive white-space analysis
- Design and run rapid validation experiments: painted door / fake-door campaigns, landing page tests, waitlist signals, and survey-based concept tests, before writing a single line of code or spending on supply
- Partner with the Category research and other teams to conduct deep consumer and KOL research, qualitative interviews, ethnographic observation, Jobs-to-be-Done mapping, to uncover unmet needs and behavioural patterns that venture ideas can be anchored to
- Build and run test markets: recruit early users, set up lightweight operational setups, measure willingness-to-pay, repeat behaviour, and referral signal
- Prototype business models, pricing logic, channel architecture, unit economics hypotheses and design experiments to kill bad assumptions fast
- Work closely with the founding team to develop investment theses, business plans, and launch briefs for ideas that clear the bar
- Maintain a living pipeline of ideas at various stages: raw hypotheses → structured concepts → validated ventures ready for resource commitment
- Build the venture design playbook for 2070 Health, frameworks for how we evaluate, test, and graduate new ideas into fully-funded businesses
Requirements
You're probably already doing some version of this, even if your job title doesn't say so.
- 8-14 years of experience, with at least one role that was genuinely 0→1 — you built something from a blank page, not from a brief
- Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguity: you make structured progress without waiting for clarity, permission, or precedent
- Fluent in consumer psychology and behaviour design, you understand why people buy (and don't), and can design research to test your assumptions quickly
- Experience running rapid experimentation: A/B tests, painted door campaigns, MVP markets, prototype pilots, or design sprints
- Strong first-principles thinker, you can decompose a complex market problem into testable hypotheses and work from evidence, not assumption
- Exposure to consumer health, healthtech, wellness, insurance, or other trust-sensitive categories is a strong advantage
- Founding experience, consulting background, or time at a venture studio / innovation lab is highly valued
- Tier-1 MBA or equivalent academic pedigree, though exceptional non-MBA candidates with the right track record will absolutely be considered
You'll Thrive Here If...
- You get more energy from a blank whiteboard than a detailed brief
- You've run experiments that failed and you treat that as signal, not failure
- You can write a crisp two-pager on a new venture idea and stress-test it in the same sitting
Benefits
- You'll work on the question most operators never get to ask: what should we build next and how do we know it's worth building?
- Studio-level scope: your validated ideas become fully funded companies, not internal projects
- Direct partnership with 2070 Health's founding team and investor network
- Consumer health is one of the last large, underpenetrated markets in India, the ideas you prove here will matter
- Mumbai base; periodic travel for consumer research and market visits
