Working closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture partners, and business leaders, you will transform how talent moves into the organization by leveraging data, process excellence, technology, and a relentless focus on service delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead End-to-End Talent Supply Chain Delivery

• Own the operational delivery of the talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality execution from requisition approval through onboarding readiness.
• Create a scalable operating model that enables the organization to meet its workforce demands efficiently and consistently.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Lead recruitment operations teams responsible for:
  • Requisition management
  • Interview coordination and scheduling
  • Candidate administration
  • Assessment logistics
  • Offer management
  • Background verification and pre-employment processes
  • New hire onboarding readiness
• Simplify, standardize, and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Deliver Exceptional Experiences

• Create a seamless journey for candidates, hiring managers, and new hires.
• Partner across the People & Culture ecosystem to remove friction points and improve service delivery.
• Champion service excellence through clear accountability, responsiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
