Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director for Supply Chain Procurement – Advanced Therapies (AT), a hybrid role located in the U.S. This leadership position guides a procurement team across EM and IM/AT supply networks, delivering strategic sourcing and supplier development to enable cell therapy manufacturing and automation.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, and prior experience managing complex supplier ecosystems.

• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement.
