Job summary

Wenwomen Entrepreneur Network seeks a Director / Practice Head for SAP Treasury consulting to drive revenue growth across India. You will lead treasury transformation engagements, oversee end-to-end SAP Treasury and Risk Management implementations, and mentor senior team members.

Bring a strong track record of meeting revenue targets, deep treasury process expertise, and hands-on delivery experience. This role focuses on PAN India deployment with strategic client leadership and presales input.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management.
• Hands-on implementation experience delivering projects, not only selling.
• Strong command of treasury processes: FX, debt, money market, derivatives, hedge management.
• CA, MBA (Finance) or CFA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the SAP Treasury business with revenue and sales targets.
• Lead end-to-end SAP Treasury and Risk Management implementations.
• Build senior client relationships and bring in new work.
• Lead presales, proposals and solution design for large engagements.
• Shape treasury offerings and go-to-market with SAP and Finance practices.
• Provide delivery assurance: quality, risk, commercials and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Senior Managers in the practice.

• Role: Director / Practice Head, SAP Consulting
• You will lead treasury transformation engagements, own revenue and sales targets, and grow the SAP Treasury business across India.

Key responsibilities: -

• Own and grow the SAP Treasury business, with a clear revenue and sales target
• Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP Treasury and Risk Management implementations
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, and bring in new client work
• Lead presales, proposals and solution design for large engagements
• Shape treasury offerings and go-to-market with the wider SAP and Finance practices
• Provide delivery assurance: quality, risk, commercials and stakeholder management
• Mentor and develop Managers and Senior Managers in the practice

Must-have requirements : -

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management
• Hands-on implementation experience: you have delivered it, not only sold it
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and sales targets\
• Strong command of treasury processes: FX, debt, money market, derivatives, and exposure and hedge management

Good to have : -

• S/4HANA treasury implementations
• Experience with Credit and Market Risk Analyzer, Commodity Management, In-house Cash, BCM and CLM
• A consulting or Big 4 background
• CA, MBA (Finance) or a CFA
• Levels: We are also hiring SAP Treasury professionals from Senior Associate to Senior Manager, Pan India. Implementation experience is mandatory.

Work Experience 15 - 20 years

Educational Qualification Graduation: B.Com / B.Tech / any graduate

Post-graduation: CA or MBA/PGDM (Finance). One of these is a must.
