PayU is seeking a strategic Director of Product Management in Bengaluru to lead a portfolio of fintech products, including BNPL offerings. You will drive vision, strategy, and execution, guiding a talented team of product managers and collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and sales to achieve growth and regulatory alignment.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle, extract insights from data, and ensure products meet market needs while mitigating regulatory risk.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives, market demands, and customer feedback, ensuring a competitive edge in the fintech landscape.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.

Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in product management within the fintech industry(BNPL Must Have), with a proven track record of successfully launching products at scale.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and motivate a creative team while driving alignment across various functions.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of financial technology products, regulatory environments, user experience design principles, and agile methodologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data effectively to drive product decisions and measure success.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy clearly across all levels of the organization.
