Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a seasoned PMO Leader to govern large-scale supply chain transformation programs, including WMS, TMS, and warehouse automation. You will mentor project managers, design robust deal-review frameworks, and ensure on-time, high-quality deployments across regions.

You will partner with senior leaders to optimize portfolios, drive AI-enabled delivery improvements, and achieve operational excellence while reducing complexity and improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of PM experience in supply chain execution projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale WMS/TMS implementations across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to mentor senior Project Managers and technical delivery teams.

Scope:

Lead the delivery and governance of large-scale Supply Chain Execution transformations, including WMS, TMS, warehouse automation, and logistics operations across global regions. Drive PMO excellence by mentoring Project Managers, establishing robust implementation and deal review frameworks, and ensuring successful system deployments, operational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Partner with executive leadership to optimize project portfolios, enhance delivery efficiency, and leverage AI-driven technologies to improve implementation quality, operational performance, and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Execution Solutions Domain Expertise

Bring deep, hands-on experience architecting and delivering large-scale supply chain execution implementations—including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), warehouse automation, last-mile logistics, and distribution network optimization. Leverage this domain expertise to set delivery standards, mentor Project Managers on execution best practices, and ensure our methodology aligns with how complex WMS/TMS transformations are implemented.

Regional Project Delivery Leadership

Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering major, strategic execution system implementations across multiple regions (EMEA, India, North America, etc.). Show evidence of managing complex technology integrations, navigating regional operational differences, and adapting delivery approaches to ensure go-live success and operational stability across geographies.

PM Mentoring and Capability Development

Mentor and support Project Managers across the organization in delivering complex, multi-phase WMS/TMS and execution system implementations. Provide coaching on technical depth, system configuration, operational readiness, data migration, and post-implementation support. Build a high-performing PM community with strong capability in warehouse and transportation technology.

Deal Review Framework Design

Lead the redesign and implementation of a revised deal review framework that accurately assesses implementation risk, feasibility, and delivery complexity. Develop frameworks that factor in execution system complexity, regional operational nuances, team capacity, technology readiness, and deployment risk. Own the rigor and quality of pre-engagement assessments.

Operational Simplification and Excellence

Drive continuous improvement across the PMO function with a relentless focus on reducing complexity and enabling faster, higher-quality implementations. Streamline processes, governance structures, methodology frameworks, and decision-making. Create standardized yet flexible playbooks for WMS/TMS implementations. Simplify how PMs work, enabling them to focus on delivery value.

Executive Stakeholder Leadership

Partner directly with C-suite and senior leadership across regions to align PMO strategy with business growth objectives. Provide strategic guidance on portfolio decisions, resource allocation, and delivery capacity. Lead executive steering committee meetings and QBRs with clarity and data-driven insights on implementation health and business impact.

AI-Powered Technology Initiatives

Lead the adoption of AI and advanced technology to transform PMO operations—from intelligent project planning, AI-assisted change management, automated issue detection, to AI-driven performance analytics and insights. Build a forward-thinking PMO that leverages Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to improve delivery quality and team productivity.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Domain Expertise

12–15+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, with strong focus on supply chain execution solutions, WMS implementations, TMS deployments, and warehouse operations transformation. Demonstrated success delivering multiple large-scale, strategic WMS/TMS and execution system implementations (8+ figure engagements) across at least 2–3 regions (EMEA, India, North America, or APAC). Proven experience managing complex technology go-lives, post-implementation support, and operational stabilization. Track record of managing P&L and margins on large implementation engagements. Experience mentoring and developing senior Project Managers and technical delivery teams.

Technical & Operational Excellence

Deep expertise with leading WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, JDA, etc.) and warehouse automation technologies. Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and enterprise architecture in execution systems. Deep working knowledge of PSA/resource management platforms and CRM/Salesforce systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for operational dashboards and executive reporting. Practical, hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) for process automation, analysis, and optimization.

• MBA or advanced degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering required.
