Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 18-24 years of progressive experience in construction management with mixed-use development exposure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects in urban environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, methods, and codes.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities for large multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software (MS Office, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Deep understanding of Mumbai regulatory environment and approval processes.

Responsibilities
