Job summary

Hyatt Pune is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounting Division in line with Hyatt International's standards, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional financial management for the property.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management, with CA certification an advantage, and a minimum of 2 years in a senior finance role such as Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a larger operation.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• CA certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Finance, or Finance Manager in a larger operation.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division and maintain high standards of Financial Management.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
