Job summary

Gridlines is seeking an experienced model audit professional who can lead, develop and inspire a team of modelling specialists to review financial models for robustness and reliability. The role involves guiding multiple teams across a portfolio of assignments and shaping the firm’s modelling methodologies.

You will oversee growth of the model audit practice, drive client pitches, and ensure high-quality delivery across client sites, with a blend of office, home, and client-site work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial model audit at senior level.
• Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate accounting/finance is beneficial.
• Experience with FAST financial modelling standard desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the model audit team in country.
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of assignments.
• Provide strategic guidance on delivery of assignments.
• Review commercial documentation and reflect in models.
• Develop and enhance modelling methodologies and tools.
