Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Amaravati for a Director of Lands (Capital City). The Director will oversee land use planning, acquisitions, and development projects. Key responsibilities include strategizing and managing land acquisition processes, conducting land evaluations, developing usage plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will also coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper project budgeting and execution in alignment with the region’s development goals.
