Job summary

Cardinality.ai in Chennai, India invites a Director - Implementation to oversee end-to-end delivery of our products for clients. You will lead PMs, engineers and analysts, and drive Agile adoption to ensure timely outcomes.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to define scope and timelines, and manage Jira/Confluence usage, while steering the tech stack including Angular, Node.js, and cloud platforms AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in software delivery and project implementation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers and analysts.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines and budgets with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Cardinality products in client environments.
• Lead a team of project managers, engineers and analysts to deliver on time.
• Define project scope, objectives and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent communication using Jira and Confluence.
• Guide the technical team in Angular, Node.js, and cloud tech (AWS/Azure).
• Drive best practices for software development and deployment.

Director - Implementation

Experience : 7-10 Years

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Cardinality products in client environments, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and analysts in adopting Agile methodologies to optimize project execution and delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, aligning with the strategic goals of HHS organizations.

Manage the use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence to ensure transparent, effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Direct the technical team in the utilization of the tech stack including Angular, Node.js, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and deployment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Serve as a key liaison between the technical team, clients, and internal management, ensuring that project goals are met and that the Cardinality.ai products are effectively integrated into client systems.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

Facilitate training and support for clients and internal teams to maximize the value and utility of the cardinality products.
