Job summary

UnfilterStory seeks a senior advisor to design and govern multi-generational family office strategies across India and international affiliates. You will lead governance frameworks, investment mandates, and cross-border compliance to protect capital and align family objectives.

You will build a private wealth structuring playbook, manage a network of external advisors, and drive KPI-led governance with stakeholders across generations and geographies.

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience in family office advisory and governance.
• Strong track record in structuring private wealth solutions across generations.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate family councils and multi‑generational decision making.
• Experience with cross‑border investment, compliance and tax considerations.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external advisers (legal, tax, philanthropy).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end family office design: governance frameworks, investment mandates, succession planning, and cross-border compliance.
• Develop and monitor multi-asset, multi-generational wealth strategies including PE, real estate, impact investing, and liquidity management.
• Act as principal advisor to family councils, aligning values, mission, and legacy goals across generations.
• Oversee fiduciary operations: financial reporting, tax optimization, entity structuring, and risk management with external partners.
• Build and manage a curated ecosystem of external advisers—family lawyers, estate planners, philanthropy consultants, and wealth tech partners.
• Drive operational excellence: establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance rhythms ensuring transparency and accountability.

Role & Responsibilities
