As the Director of Engineering for SaaS Application Development, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing technical team, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cloud-based products. You will be responsible for establishing technical direction, building scalable architectures, and implementing best practices to drive product excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Who you are:

• 18+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of building and leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in SaaS application development, cloud technologies, and product delivery mechanisms, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, React-based front-ends, and Restful-based backend microservices.
• Experience with Generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in building integrations with CRM technologies and online video communication solutions.
• Experience developing analytics capabilities, online learning platforms, or coaching solutions is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong preference for graduates from premier institutions such as the IITs, IIITs, NITs, or BITS Pilani
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.

• Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and resilient SaaS applications, leveraging modern cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, React-based front-ends, and Restful-based backend microservices.
• Integration Development: Build integrations with CRM technologies and online video communication solutions to enhance our product offerings and provide seamless user experiences.
• Analytics and Learning Solutions: Develop analytics capabilities, online learning platforms, and coaching solutions to enable our customers to drive better sales outcomes and improve performance.
• Product Delivery: Drive the successful delivery of our cloud-based products, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet customer needs.
