This role drives expansion, operational excellence, and customer value through AI-driven transformation, across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations and Commercial teams.

The candidate will direct cross-functional initiatives, build global teams, and align strategy with revenue outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of leadership experience in financial data, market intelligence, research, analytics, information services, or related industries.
• Proven track record building, launching, and scaling new businesses, products, or data franchises.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation and modernization programs.

Role Summary

The Director of Broker Models will lead the strategy, build-out, and scaling of LSEG's business. This leader will be responsible for redefining an emerging capability into a differentiated, high-growth product by driving business expansion, operational excellence, technology innovation and customer value creation. The role requires an entrepreneurial leader with a consistent record of building and growing new businesses, leading large-scale transformation programs, and delivering commercial outcomes through a combination of domain expertise, technology, AI and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

Define and implement the long-term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the Broker Models business. Drive expansion of company coverage, broker participation, data depth, and product adoption. Identify new revenue opportunities and unlock market differentiation through innovative content and insights. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive commercial success.
