Genpact is seeking a Director - Business Data Services to shape and execute the data and analytics strategy across the enterprise. You will steer cross-functional teams, drive governance, and establish performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.

In this role you will mentor principals and senior specialists, manage stakeholder relationships, and partner with AI initiatives to scale data capabilities for global clients. English proficiency required; office location in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field preferred.
• Experience leading data and analytics programs at scale.
