You will lead end-to-end architecture across tokenization, DeFi, cross-chain systems and data platforms, driving governance and strategic roadmaps.

The role requires deep expertise in EVM and non-EVM stacks, strong leadership, and collaboration with global partners to deliver secure, audited smart contracts and scalable data ingestion pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/MCA) or equivalent in computer science or engineering.
• 15+ years software/architecture experience, with 5+ years in blockchain.
• Hands-on blockchain and full-stack development experience (EVM and non-EVM).

The “Director – Blockchain Architecture” associate, would work on designing and architecting applications in AM portfolio.

The Purpose of This Role

• Design Highly Available, Scalable, resilient solutions for Apps in Blockchain Ecosystem,
• Drive Innovation, prototyping and solution recommendation for Defi Apps
• Collaborate with key partners in adopting emerging technologies

The associate is expected to

• Define blockchain architecture vision (on-chain and off-chain, data, security, integration).
• Drive a multi-year roadmap for tokenization, DeFi, cross-chain solutions, data platforms, and zero-knowledge adoption.
• Establish governance for smart contracts, data indexing, and interoperability standards across Asset Management and enterprise systems.
• Bridge strategic planning with hands‑on execution for critical platform components and accelerators.

Deep understanding of EVM internals and Solidity (advanced patterns: upgradeable, diamond, minimal proxy, compliance hooks). Cross‑chain and interoperability (LayerZero, Wormhole, CCIP, oracle strategy, bridge risk mitigation). Blockchain data engineering (nodes, archive, event decoding, reorg handling, custom indexers, ETL to lake/warehouse). Data stack expertise (Kafka, Flink/Spark, ClickHouse/Snowflake, columnar design, caching tiers, GraphQL/gRPC APIs). Performance and cost optimization (gas profiling, storage layout, node topology, capacity planning). Security and assurance (threat modeling, formal verification, Slither, MythX, Echidna, fuzzing with Foundry). Zero‑knowledge and Layer 2 (rollups, prover integration patterns, fraud/validity proof considerations, MEV mitigation). Multi‑language proficiency (Solidity plus Rust, Go, Java, Python, Node.js). Enterprise integration (PKI/mTLS, IAM, secrets/HSM/KMS, event‑driven architectures, API gateway patterns). Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure networking, container orchestration, DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines). Observability and resilience (distributed tracing, metrics, log correlation for on/off-chain components). Formal architecture artifacts (C4, sequence diagrams, data flow, threat and recovery models). Global stakeholder management and strong communication skills. Experience with ALM tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git.
