We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, AI/ML to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A strong understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Leadership and Strategy:
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize strong development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong background in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI is a plus.
