Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product/Project Manager to lead the delivery, enhancement, and operations of the Unified Customer Portal and ServiceNow CSM capabilities for Cordant Services. You will own the roadmap, drive integrations, and ensure data migration is accurate with minimal disruption.

The role requires strong product management and technical depth, plus leadership across stakeholders. Flexible, enterprise-scale delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven 3-4 years' experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in enterprise platforms.
• Overall, 5-9 years of experience.
• Strong technical understanding of customer support platforms, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience managing backlogs, issue trackers, and agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Ownership: Drive the strategic roadmap for Unified Customer Services Support, prioritizing enhancements, new features, and operational stability.
• Product Enhancements: Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Integration Management: Oversee integrations with multiple upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data consistency, scalability, and automation.
• Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, manage expectations, and resolve issues/defects effectively.
• Backlog & Issue Tracking: Maintain the product backlog and issue tracker, ensuring clear prioritization and timely resolution.
• Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and hand over to development teams for execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, predict challenges, and define mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
• Timeline & Delivery: Prepare and manage delivery timelines, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within scope.
• Deployment Leadership: Lead deployment activities for new functionalities, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the enterprise.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product/Project Manager to lead the delivery, enhancement, and operations of the Unified Customer Portal and ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities for Cordant Services Business.
