As Digital Technology Advisor - Data & Information Architecture you will be Responsible for:

• Strive to understand customer requirements and create and adjust data models accordingly.
• Design and engineer data models and data transformations.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of data engineers.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of standards and conventions in the data organization.
• Communicate ideas and designs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Explain the thinking behind design choices and approach technical criticism and suggestions with humility.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum 12 years' experience in data engineering, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in data architecture or modeling.
• High level of proficiency with SQL.
• High level of proficiency with data modeling.
• Deep understanding of code review/GitHub/version control.
• Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, etc. desired.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of data technologies (e.g. Apache Airflow, Databricks, etc.).
• Leadership: Works with stakeholders and product owners to understand business requirements.
• Makes technical decisions and articulates them to team members clearly.
• Takes the lead in technical discussions among peers and data engineers.
