Job summary

Connor Group in India is seeking a Senior Developer with 3-5 years' experience for hybrid work in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi NCR. You’ll tackle complex data analytics problems, design data warehouse and data mesh solutions, and drive innovative BI outcomes using Power BI, Looker, and Tableau.

This role focuses on building reusable data products for finance and operations, leveraging Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks, with a strong emphasis on governance, audit readiness, and storytelling

• Strong analytical data warehouse, & data mesh design implementation experience using star schema/facts and dimensions (Snowflake, dbt, Databricks etc.)
• Strong financial data management expertise including building reusable, governed and audit-ready finance data products
• Expertise in advanced Business Intelligence (visualization, reports, dashboards) solutions with powerful narrative and analytics storytelling (Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc.)
• Experience in leveraging Agentic AI for data analytics (Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowflake Semantic layer, Power BI Semantic layer, MCP etc.)

• Experience in NSAW (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse), Boomi Data Hub and/or Salesforce Data Cloud
• Expertise in data analytics catering to the Office of the CFO – this includes finance, accounting, FP&A and controller functions.
