NDMIT in Lucknow is seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer to coach students and professionals in practical digital marketing concepts. You will lead hands-on sessions on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and WordPress website creation, explaining complex topics in simple terms and guiding live projects.

The role requires capacity to deliver engaging training, assess learners, and keep course material updated with the latest industry practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and WordPress
• Ability to train students and professionals in practical digital marketing concepts
• Experience explaining technical concepts in simple, practical terms
• Preferred: certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint or SEO

Responsabilités

• Conduct practical and interactive training sessions on digital marketing
• Train students on Google Ads: search, display, YouTube, campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, targeting, conversion tracking
• Train students on Meta Ads: campaign structure, audience targeting, ad creation, lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Teach SEO: keyword research, on-page, off-page, technical SEO, link building, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Teach students how to create and manage WordPress websites, including installation, themes, plugins, page creation, customization, forms, menus and structure
• Provide hands-on assignments, projects and real-world case studies
• Explain campaign performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, Quality Score
• Monitor progress and provide feedback; conduct doubt-clearing sessions and assessments
• Keep content updated with latest trends and platform changes
• Assist students with live projects, portfolios and interview prep
• Stay updated with Google, Meta, SEO, WordPress tools and practices

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer who can train students and professionals in practical digital marketing concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and WordPress website creation and be able to explain concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and interactive training sessions on digital marketing.
• Train students on Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube/Video, campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, targeting, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• Train students on Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience targeting, ad creation, lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
• Teach SEO, including:
• Keyword research
• On-page SEO
• Off-page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Link building
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Website audit and optimization
• Teach students how to create and manage WordPress websites.
• Train students on WordPress installation, themes, plugins, page creation, basic customization, forms, menus, and website structure.
• Provide hands‑on assignments, projects, and real‑world case studies.
• Help students understand campaign performance through metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and Quality Score.
• Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct doubt‑clearing sessions and practical assessments.
• Keep training material and course content updated according to current digital marketing trends and platform changes.
• Assist students with live projects, portfolio development, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta, SEO, WordPress, and digital marketing tools and practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads
• Good understanding of SEO
• Practical knowledge of WordPress website creation
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Ability to conduct practical training and live demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or SEO certifications will be an advantage.
• Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Faculty, Mentor, or Digital Marketing Executive is preferred.
