Job summary

NextInHR invites freshers to join a 5-month Digital Marketing Training Program in Rajkot. The program offers a ₹4,000/month stipend from the 2nd month and a potential full-time Digital Marketing Executive role at ₹2,40,000/year upon successful completion.

During training you will work on SEO, content marketing, social media and growth initiatives for NextInHR’s global HR platform, learning to drive growth with practical projects and targets.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute SEO and digital marketing activities.
• Promote NextInHR modules (HR Jobs, HR Gigs, Referral Jobs, HR Profiles, Certifications, Marketplaces).
• Drive registrations, job postings and other targeted activities.
• Work towards defined monthly activity and growth targets.
• Perform keyword and competitor research.
• Create and optimise website content, blogs and landing pages.
• Support programmatic SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Assist with link building and off-page SEO activities.
• Manage and grow NextInHR's social media presence.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, registrations and other marketing metrics.
• Research HR industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for energetic, responsible and target-oriented freshers to join our 5-Month Digital Marketing Training Program.

During the training, you will learn and work on SEO, content marketing, social media, website growth, keyword research, link building and digital growth initiatives for NextInHR.

Training Duration: 5 Months

Stipend: ₹4,000/month from the 2nd month

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Digital Marketing Executive with ₹2,40,000/year, based on performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute SEO and digital marketing activities.

Qualification
