Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, and videos aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • Perform SEO activities including keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and off-page link building
  • Manage social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn with consistent brand voice and growth focus
  • Optimize YouTube SEO through titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and channel optimization
  • Improve YouTube watch time, CTR, subscriber growth, and overall channel performance
  • Monitor and optimize Google search rankings, organic traffic, and website visibility
  • Plan and maintain content calendars for social media and YouTube
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Insights, and YouTube Studio
  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, leads, and conversions
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram pages, handle comments/messages, and engage with the audience
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure high-quality content output
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, and social media best practices
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Support paid campaigns as required, including basic Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital platforms
