Job summary
Finnovate in Mumbai is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media, content coordination, SEO and digital advertising efforts. You will partner with the content and design teams to deliver on-brand campaigns and measurable results.
Reporting to the AVP - Marketing, you will manage campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google platforms, analyze performance with Google Analytics, and drive growth through creative, data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media across platforms and engage with the community.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive social media calendar with the content team.
- Coordinate with design for visually appealing graphics.

- Post and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Content Coordination:
- Work closely with the content team to develop a cohesive social media calendar.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Design Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics that complement the content.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the visual presentation of social media posts.
- SEO and Analytics:
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve the visibility of social media posts and website content.
- Monitor website traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics.
- Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Digital Advertising:
- Run and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
- Monitor and track the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
- Provide recommendations to optimize ad performance based on data analysis.
- Ensure that ad spend is within budget and goals are being met.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to marketing and brand messaging.
