Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing the online visibility of DIMS, driving student admissions through digital platforms, and enhancing our brand presence across various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
    • Plan and execute campaigns for student admissions, events, and brand awareness.
  • Performance Marketing:
    • Run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead conversion.
  • SEO & Content Management:
    • Oversee website SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve search rankings.
    • Coordinate with content creators for blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop a social media calendar and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics.
  • Lead Generation & CRM:
    • Manage lead generation funnels and integrate with CRM tools for nurturing prospects.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to analyze campaign performance.
    • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
