Job summary

Hostnetindia, a Jaipur-based data services company under The Pinnacle Group, seeks an SEO Assistant to help plan and execute SEO activities to boost website visibility. You will conduct keyword research, analyze data with Google Analytics, and assist on-page optimization across content and meta elements.

You will also support link-building, competitive analysis, and collaboration with content/marketing teams to produce SEO-friendly content. Familiarity with SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing SEO activities to improve visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization for traffic opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Support on-page SEO, including content optimization, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URLs.
• Assist in optimizing content and landing pages for better visibility.
• Conduct basic competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends.
• Assist in link-building and off-page SEO activities.
• Support development team in applying basic SEO best practices on sites.
• Coordinate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Assist in improving site structure, internal linking, and UX from SEO perspective.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Assist in tracking keyword rankings and preparing basic SEO reports.
• Support social media activities across major platforms.
• Create social media creatives using Canva and infographic tools.
• Contribute to content writing, editing, and SEO optimization.
• Learn and assist with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs.
• Perform other SEO-related tasks as assigned.
