Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking a creativeContent Producer for residential rental listings. You will turn property details, photos, and video clips into polished listings, enhanced images, and short videos to attract tenants.

This hands-on role focuses on property positioning, AI-assisted editing, and short-form video content. You will collaborate with leasing and property-management teams while keeping listings accurate, up-to-date, and platform-friendly.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, online listings, real-estate marketing, or a comparable field.
• Experience producing online listings, graphics, edited photographs, or short videos.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to identify a property’s strongest selling points.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or comparable editing tools.
• Experience using AI for photo editing, object removal, virtual furnishing, or virtual staging.
• Experience with HeyGen or another AI presenter, avatar, voice, or video-generation tool.
• Strong creative and visual judgment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• The ability to receive feedback and revise work without becoming defensive.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• The ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet, a suitable computer, and a professional remote-work environment.
• Full-time availability with regular overlap during Eastern Time business hours.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered when their portfolio demonstrates strong ability.
• Experience in residential leasing, property management, PropTech, real estate, or property-listing platforms is preferred but not required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is not required. Your demonstrated ability, relevant experience, and portfolio quality are more important.

Responsibilities

• Property Positioning and Listings: identify strongest selling points, write engaging titles and descriptions, publish listings across platforms.
• Adjust content to meet platform requirements and keep prices, availability, photos, and details current.
• Photography and AI Editing: select photos, perform light editing, crop, resize, adjust lighting, and cleanup.
• Use AI tools to remove clutter or virtually furnish rooms when needed, without altering permanent features.
• Short-Form Video Content: create videos from photos/videos, possibly using AI presenters or avatars.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, pronunciation, or branding errors before publication.
• Organization and Quality Control: manage content for multiple properties, track listings, and correct urgent updates.
• Coordinate with leasing and property-management teams; respond to feedback with revisions.

Royal York Property Management is looking for a creative and highly organized professional to produce marketing content for residential rental properties.

You will take property details, photographs, and video clips and turn them into polished listings, improved images, virtually furnished rooms, and short videos that help available properties stand out.

This is a hands-on production position. It is not a senior marketing-strategy, social-media-management, or paid-advertising role.

Property Positioning and Listings

You will identify each property’s strongest selling points, write engaging titles and descriptions, and publish accurate listings across approved rental websites and online platforms.

You will adjust content to meet different platform requirements and keep prices, availability, photographs, and property details current.

Photography and AI Editing

You will select the strongest property photographs and complete light editing such as cropping, resizing, lighting improvements, and appropriate cleanup.

When needed, you will use AI tools to remove temporary clutter or virtually furnish empty rooms.

AI may improve the presentation, but it must never change permanent property features, room dimensions, layouts, or amenities.

Short-Form Video Content

You will create short property videos using photographs and video clips.

You may also create AI-assisted content using presenters, avatars, or voiceovers.

Tools may include:

• CapCut
• HeyGen
• AI virtual-staging platforms
• AI object-removal tools
• Comparable image and video applications

You will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and correcting visual, factual, pronunciation, or branding errors before publication.

Organization and Quality Control

You may manage content for several properties at the same time.

You will need to:

• Track every active listing and its current status
• Complete urgent price and availability corrections
• Remove or update properties that are no longer available
• Identify missing information or materials
• Coordinate with Royal York’s leasing and property-management teams
• Respond professionally to feedback and complete revisions promptly
