We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer to bring NEMBHARAT's visual identity to life. You will design compelling graphics across digital and print formats, collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to create assets that are on-brand, modern, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media posts, digital campaigns, and website banners
• Create presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and marketing collateral
• Develop motion graphics and short animated content for social media
• Maintain and evolve the NEMBHARAT brand design system
• Collaborate with marketing to align visuals with campaign goals
• Design email templates, newsletters, and digital advertisements
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials
• Manage and deliver multiple projects within deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range and quality of design work
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch
• Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
• Experience in branding or brand identity projects
