Job summary

You will assess patients’ nutritional status, design personalized diet plans, provide ongoing counseling, document consultations, and participate in awareness programs that promote holistic care and wellness.

Role Description

The Dietitian will work full time on-site at The Skin Doctors in Pune District, collaborating closely with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and other clinical staff. The role involves assessing patients’ nutritional status, designing individualized diet plans, and providing ongoing nutritional counseling to support skin, hair, weight management, and overall health outcomes. The Dietitian will apply medical nutrition therapy principles for conditions related to dermatology and cosmetic treatments, monitor progress, and adjust plans based on clinical and lifestyle factors. Daily responsibilities include documenting consultations, maintaining accurate health records, educating patients on sustainable nutrition habits, and participating in patient awareness programs or clinic initiatives that promote holistic care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to integrate evidence-based dietary guidelines into personalized plans.
• Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including behavior change communication and patient education for diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy, particularly for conditions impacting skin, hair, metabolic health, and weight-related concerns.
• Skills in Weight Management, including designing practical, sustainable diet plans aligned with cosmetic and wellness treatments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from a recognized institution; relevant registration or licensure as applicable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting, with strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and compliance with clinic protocols.
• Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetology, wellness clinics, or hospital settings is an advantage.
