Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
- Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions at the site
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management

Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred
Experience
- 20-25 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry and 5-10 years in senior HR leadership
- Expertise in handling the site team of HR – IR, ER, Admin and medical team
- Demonstrated expertise in HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and driving organizational success
Certification Required
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, HRMP) is a plus
