Job summary

A leading healthcare firm in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to handle the Acute/Multispecialty segment. You will be responsible for launching new products and strengthening existing brands, along with preparing promotional strategies. The ideal candidate has a B. Pharma and MBA in Marketing, and significant experience in Pharma Marketing, particularly in Cardio & Diabetic segments. Excellent communication and creativity are vital for this role.

Qualifications

  • 15-20 years in Pharma Marketing, including 3-4 years as Deputy General Manager/General Manager.
  • Good knowledge of Cardio & Diabetic Segment.
  • Track record of achieving personal and corporate goals.

Job Responsibility
  • Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Acute/ Multispecialty including Cardio & Diabetic Segment.
  • He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
  • He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
  • He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
  • He/she Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
  • He/she should be Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
  • He/she will responsible for Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
  • He/she will responsible for Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
  • He/she will responsible for Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.
  • He/she should Co-ordinate with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
