Job summary

LID Infra in Mumbai seeks a Senior Finance leader to steer financial planning, budgeting, and strategy across EPC/Real Estate projects. You will ensure robust revenue recognition, cost control, and governance while guiding audit, taxation, and treasury functions.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage cash flows, and present insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide insights on project profitability, investment decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition (Percentage of Completion Method for EPC / Real Estate projects).
• Track WIP (Work-in-Progress), project cash flows, and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with project teams for financial discipline and reporting.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital optimization.
• Handle banking relationships, fund raising, and debt management.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and liquidity position.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation including GST planning and compliance.
• Ensure tax efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Handle assessments, notices, and liaison with tax authorities.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Projects, Procurement, Legal, Sales).
• Present financial reports to senior management and leadership.

1. Financial Planning & Strategy
