Job summary

Aumni Techworks is seeking a security-focused Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to secure AWS environments and drive DevSecOps across the software development lifecycle. You will implement automation, standardize deployments, and help ensure platform reliability in enterprise settings.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations, implement CI/CD pipelines, and enforce security practices while supporting cloud deployments in Pune, India.

Job Summary

of experience in cloud infrastructure, security engineering, and DevOps practices. This role is responsible for integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring that cloud environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security. You will work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to implement security best practices, automate deployments, and drive platform reliability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage an AWS production system
• Making sure AWS production systems are reliable, secure, and scalable
• Resolving problems across multiple application domains and platforms using system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
• Automating different operational processes by designing, maintaining, and managing tools
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for all Cloud and Enterprise deployments
• Lead the organizations platform security efforts by collaborating with the core engineering team
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for IAC and CI/CD that teams can follow

Technical Requirements

• Extensive experience with wide range of AWS services
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud security and related services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and IAM.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Hands-on experience with systems automation and deployment tools (e.g., Cloud Formation, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Ability to translate security and technical requirements into business requirements.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of leading security teams and owning security operations.
